Prestige Pixel retains full ownership of all project files, designs, code, and related materials until the specified payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of payment as outlined in the signed contract, ownership rights will be transferred to the client as agreed.

Third-Party Tools and Services

Our work may involve the use of third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, and other tools. Prestige Pixel is not responsible for downtime, errors, updates, policy changes, or performance issues caused by these third-party services. Any issues arising from third-party platforms will be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

All services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Prestige Pixel shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination

Prestige Pixel reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if a client breaches these terms, fails to make agreed payments, or engages in conduct that impedes project completion. Payments already made are non-refundable if work has commenced.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
